NewsWe are looking for a few more dedicated volunteers to assist in TEP’s county wide bacteria monitoring program. This program has been running for over 20 years! Volunteers collect water samples across our watershed that are then analyzed for harmful bacteria concentrations. This data directly informs the community where to recreate safely in our watersheds!
This opportunity requires volunteers to commit to a dedicated route of 8-12 samples collected every two weeks. We are currently looking for volunteers willing to complete routes near Oceanside, Nehalem, and Pacific City. If at all interested please complete the volunteer application linked here!
