"We went on a day trip to Cape Lookout State Park and on our way back we noticed the sky was turning color as we drove along Netarts Bay. We decided to pull over before we had to turn to go back towards Tillamook and admire the sunset as it changed colors. We stayed later than expected. We were glad we did and I snapped a photo to remember this moment. And luckily we were joined by a heron looking for their sunset dinner as well!" - WayFindingArts Makoto Furuya

"A crabber wades out in the cold spring waters at sunset looking for dungeness crabs for dinner. The crabber told me he loves driving out here from Portland to crab by himself and finds the activity relaxing. The scene of the beautiful, clear sunset, calm waters and raw landscape reminded me that we are nature, too." - Emery Edwards
